Your objective is to catch the thief by positioning the police forces strategically so that the thief has no legal moves remaining. Click on a police officer to view their possible moves, then click on one of the highlighted points to execute that move. If the thief successfully reaches the target point, the level is lost—so plan your moves wisely to prevent this from happening.
