Granny, a bit off her rocker, has managed to escape from Durkee in Mexico and is now racing through the city in a frantic attempt to evade capture. To avoid being recaptured and sent back to the asylum, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies wielding straitjackets, but she also faces a series of challenging obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky hurdles. As she dashes through the streets, Granny not only dodges the nurses but also gathers gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of fun to her daring escape.
